Estelle came into my studio and from the second she walked through the door, I knew this senior session was going to be so much fun! She has one of those personalities that instantly fills the room — laid back, sweet, and completely go with the flow… which makes my job as a senior photographer so easy.
And can we talk about how she is an absolute NATURAL in front of the camera?! Estelle slipped right into posing like she had been doing this for years. Every pose I guided her into, she made her own. Every expression felt effortless and genuine!
We started her senior session with a fun Valentine inspired studio setup — soft pink tones, floating hearts, and playful props that gave the entire shoot an editorial, styled feel. Her pink dress photographed beautifully against the heart backdrop and added such a fun pop of color to her senior photos. We mixed standing poses, seated poses, and movement shots to give her senior gallery lots of variety.
After the Valentine set, we switched things up with a more classic editorial studio look and this is always one of my favorite transitions during a senior photo session.
Jeans, a simple tank, sneakers… casual, timeless, and totally her. This portion of the session really allowed her personality to shine.
Estelle, thank you for such a fun afternoon in the studio! You made this session so easy, so relaxed, and so memorable. You truly were a natural in front of the camera and I had the BEST time photographing your photos. If this is how we’re starting senior season, I already know this year of senior sessions is going to be incredible ✨
